The bar have been raised. Sweet. Smooth. Rich. Velvety and fresh. One of our creamiest and sweetest matcha. Pinnacle is the people's champion. Winning hearts with her loveable, playful flavours that makes sense.
You will agree with the gentle and bold flavours from first sip. Though pleasant, she's addictive — everything you'd want from a ceremonial matcha.
How it tastes:
Once you taste Pinnacle. You can't go back. She is exceptionally rich and smooth, with hints of mouth-puckering dryness that's very pleasant. No bitterness. Pinnacle packs strong, fresh Japanese green tea flavours throughout, leaving a clean and sweet aftertaste to be savoured.
Overall an excellent and unique ceremonial matcha that is easy to drink — great for first or old timers that likes naturally sweet matcha without bitterness.
Her clean crisp vegetal notes have won hearts, but it is her lasting sweetness that command respect. Snow or thunder — She's the one I reach for calm, serious mornings and deep study on air-plane mode. Definitely a treat you won't regret.
In natural lighting, her colours are striking, stunning even. When whisked, frothed and poured over lattes her aesthetic is jaw dropping. Shocking and unforgettable, she is the peoples' champion and rightfully so.
Her flavours are intricate when enjoyed in contemplation. A loveable, refreshing and naturally calming matcha. She will redefine your matcha standards.
Best ways to enjoy:
Pinnacle is perfection by herself. Made traditionally (thin tea), her satisfying creaminess and crisp vegetal flavours is fine dining. Unforgettable, expensive and exquisite.
Did I not say she's the peoples champion? In lattes, her creaminess remains respectable. Pinnacle adds layers of depth to your favourite milk. I made an oat latte and the taste triggered intense cravings for matcha lattes which I didn't know I had. I'm hooked. You will too, consider the caution raised.
Paired with an oat milk, she's uniquely matcha with a chocolate twist. Like 85% dark chocolate, the sweetness is there but rich. Would be wise to start with smaller latte ratios — use less water than usual and just a touch more milk to balance the intensity. No grassy or bitterness at all.
What's more, you won't find this taste in cafes. Too decadent and expensive of a taste to share. She's a selfish treat to have while you're reading, studying or pursuing creativity. The luxurious taste, especially in lattes leaves more to be desired. The peoples' champion, your new obsession.
