Shaved, cut and bent to just the right angle. A large ladle measures more or less to 2 grams of matcha. Accurate and precise when tested against my $150 electronic coffee scale (smaller scoops are typically 0.9 grams).

Spotless scoops make clean matcha teas. Simply wipe dry with paper towel or microfibre cloth to remove build up.
