With no milk needed, this drink delivers a refreshing taste fitting for the hot summer days.
There are 2 stages to prep, using easily accessible ingredients in your kitchen.
- In a tall cup, add 30ml honey (use less as per your sweetness preference)
- Add 70ml warm water and stir until honey is dissolved
- Add 10ml lemon juice to the honey water for citrus taste.
- In your matcha bowl, sift 3.5g - 4g matcha powder (we're using Pinnacle Perfection)
- Add 40ml of 80°C water
- Whisk the matcha paste carefully until dissolved and froth.
- Back to your serving cup, add ice to Lemon Honey water.
- Pour matcha base over and enjoy!
