Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you still wish to cancel an order that is already in transit, do not accept the delivery and request for the package to be returned to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and your original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Damages and Issues:
