Step 1 Sift:3-5g matcha into the glass bowl. Add sweetness here if desired.

Step 2 Mix: Pour 30-40ml hot water and whisk to dissolve matcha. Then add 50-70ml milk, combining ingredients.

Step 3 Whisk: Whisk matcha base and milk together for until frothy and foam on top.

Step 4 Rinse:Run your whisk under water so the milk doesn't dry on whisk.

Every bowl is fire-glazed to a smooth interior finish. That matters because unglazed or rough ceramic grinds down bamboo whisk bristles fast. A smooth glaze lets the whisk glide across the surface without friction, which means better froth and a whisk that lasts significantly longer.
