You're gonna love him. Smooth yet rich. Charming bitterness, light astringency and hints of sweetness. Finally, a worthwhile daily ceremonial powder for rituals & lattes. Our prince charming — The Masterpiece.
How he tastes:
Medium-bodied, mild bitter notes and traces of sweetness. A masterful hook jab combo, the smooth bitterness and gentle sweetness got me hooked.
How can a bitter matcha be nice you're wondering? Well for one he's really a pleasant bitterness. The Masterpiece is not acidic nor harsh. He's modest in that regard and coats your senses with vegetal sweetness only appreciated when sipped thoughtfully by himself (thin tea). Even then, you can add a pinch of sugar or honey to balance the mild bitterness.
The Masterpiece is undeniably premium green tea. Flavours dialled a notch up over 4 weeks of sun shading then processed with precision into rich ceremonial grade matcha. The prince charming is seductive, you're going to love him.
Best ways to enjoy:
For analysts, dentists, students and anyone that need to command energy and focus. The Masterpiece is a great idea to do creative work with. I make this 4 days a week between work breaks at 9am as a second pick me up — the addictive bitter notes with lingering sweetness is gentle yet refreshing for the senses.
What I've found interesting is how prominent the matcha flavours are in lattes. Made with oat or almond it is a delightful and pleasing drink with snappy, crisp flavours. You'll barely notice the bitterness, instead find it charming.
The bold matcha flavour is unafraid to get in the ring with your favourite milks. Whether dairy or plant-based, the flavours remain. The coluor is vibrant, a deep graceful green when poured over lattes. You can tell the farmers made him with care and love which I think you will nod in agreement as you try it.
Those who appreciate a cup of matcha with a smooth and rich personality — The Masterpiece will not disappoint.
