Best quality matcha The kit come with three blends. All three are nice to drink. To me the best one is the early riser it’s smooth. All three blends are not bitter which is a plus. The electric whisk is good quality and quite powerful. I would buy another one if they were sold individually. I’m happy with the service as it was very quick shipping from NSW to VIC. I will be purchasing again soon for gifts.

I dont do reviews nornally but this time I'm in love with Brainiac matcha powder, and this jar also deserves some love. It looks so sleek, modern and clean. A perfect fitting jar deserving for my great quality matcha.

Sharp flavour, but not strong. This one turned out best when made thicker during the whisking phase (use less water), to mix into a latte. But personally I found it frequently overpowered by anything that I mixed it with. Drinking it by itself was not too ideal, and a hot matcha latte turned out best. The flavour is sharp upon drinking, but it has no aftertaste and I wouldn’t consider it strong, unfortunately. But I did try it at night, and can say with confidence that it gave a very comfortable energy flow— no jittery rush like with coffee, I just eased into a state of alertness, which fortunately didn’t stop me from getting a good night’s sleep either (but I wouldn’t recommend that if you’re sensitive to caffeine)

The best matcha i've tried I've been trying different matcha brands from all over the world and the only thing i can say is that this is the best i've ever tried!! Don't hesitate to buy from this shop! The matcha's texture is smooth and it smells amazing! It blends well for lattes :) I guess i have a new obsession!! Definitely ordering again & again. They also gave me a sample of their Hojicha powder and i loved it too.

Stronger than the artisan matcha, lighter than the brainiac (& fewer umami notes). I think this one tastes best if you enjoy matcha on its own! Personally, I tend to make a dirty matcha latte, or matcha latte (with milk), so it didn’t align with my tastes. It doesn’t get completely overpowered by all means, but I did feel that mixing it interfered with the full experience.

My favourite matcha from green caffeine. It has stronger umami notes compared to early riser/artisan, which was an acquired taste for me, but one that I quickly got addicted to. Since its general taste is stronger than the other two offered on here, I find that it doesn’t get overpowered by the coffee. It tastes especially good as a dirty matcha, but still good on its own, too.

Nice authentic taste like cafe shops in japan, roasted aroma. Little goes a long way, I use just 2-3grams per serve and that’s good enough for me.
