Orders placed before 1pm AEST are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm AEST are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times
Standard delivery typically arrives within 1–7 business days depending on your location. During extreme weather events (fire, flood, storm), please allow additional delivery time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERSWe ship worldwide with Australia Post. International delivery takes 9–30 days depending on your destination. Delays can occur due to customs processing and carrier volume in your region.
Order Processing
Your order will be processed same day if purchase is completed before 1pm AEST, all orders after 1pm AEST will be processed the next Business Day. The timeframe as per Australia Post Guidelines for standard delivery varies, but as a general rule of thumb, your order should arrive within 1-7 business days.
International Orders
We also partner with Australia Post to ship world wide. International orders take up to 9 to 30 days depending on which part of the world you're from. As such, it's entirely possible your order will be delayed due to the increased demands for orders been processed around the world.
