• 30g The Masterpiece:Rich smooth taste. Mild vegetal & light bitter astringent notes (dry-sour). Very pleasant to drink. • Chasen (bamboo whisk): Hand-crafted by artisans, this Chasen is painstakingly cut into 100 tiny prongs for quicker and efficient whisking. Whisk in a zig-zag pattern by flicking the wrist and locking shoulders in place.
